UKKO.fi and Bilström have agreed on a partnership, in which UKKO.fi acts as a partner both for Bilström and for each subcontractor working as an entrepreneur for Bilström. The goal of this cooperation is to enable every subcontractor to offer their services using their own business ID. Through the services provided by UKKO.fi, company formation, invoicing, accounting, and salary withdrawals are made easy—allowing subcontractors to operate profitably, responsibly, and with support available whenever needed.

Each subcontractor can choose from three different business models:

• UKKO Limited Company Entrepreneurship (recommended)
• UKKO Private Trader
• UKKO Light Entrepreneurship with Business ID

  • Private Trader at an affordable fixed monthly price.
    • Ongoing contract at 39.90 € /mo for the first 6 months, then 79.90 € /mo thereafter.
    • Annual contract at a partner price of 59.90 € /mo for 12 months (the partner price is activated by the sales representative — book a meeting here).
    • The number of expenses, receipts, or invoices does not affect the monthly fee.
• You can establish your own business ID or transfer your existing business ID to UKKO.fi.

A 4% service fee is charged when your salary is paid. The net amount is also affected by other fees and deductions, such as the UKKO Assurance (3%) and tax prepayment based on your tax rate. You can establish a Business ID for free through the service. UKKO.fi will automatically register you in the prepayment register. VAT registration must be done separately.
