UKKO Entrepreneur for Private Trader

As an UKKO Entrepreneur, you get all the financial management tools for private trader at an affordable price! No per-receipt fees or other unpleasant surprises.
The affordable price per month is based on your accumulated turnover. It includes bookkeeping for private traders, invoicing, official notifications, and other handy features that facilitate financial management.
Note: As an UKKO Entrepreneur, you can also open a Business Account at a low monthly fee.
As a new UKKO Entrepreneur, you can use the service risk-free for up to six months with no costs, if you do not invoice your customers or generate turnover during that period.

As a new UKKO Entrepreneur, you can use the service for free for up to six months. You do not have to pay anything unless you invoice your customers or generate turnover during that period.
Our service for small limited companies includes bookkeeping, invoicing, official notifications, annual financial statements, payroll for the entrepreneur, and other handy features, all at a simple and affordable monthly fee of 120 € + VAT. UKKO Entrepreneur makes your company’s invoicing, receipt addition, and financial management effortless and fast.
Note: As an UKKO Entrepreneur, you can now get a Business Account at a low monthly fee to further simplify financial management.

You don’t have to pay anything if you don’t receive any income during that period. We want to encourage entrepreneurs, so we’ve made the initial journey as easy as possible. |
Affordable fixed-term contract for those with high invoicing – save 132 euros
Our pricing is based on cumulative turnover. When your company’s turnover over its entire life cycle reaches 50,000 euros, you save 132 euros by taking out a 12-month fixed-term contract, which means you only pay 77 € + VAT/month for the service. You can easily take out a fixed-term contract in the service settings section. |
UKKO Entrepreneur for limited companies – you know what you are paying for and what is included in the price, no surprise costs
The UKKO Entrepreneur service takes care of the limited company’s accounting, invoicing, official notifications, financial statements and payment of the entrepreneur’s salary. In addition, you get access to other handy features that make invoicing, adding receipts and monitoring your finances easier at an affordable monthly price.
Starting entrepreneurs: you only pay for the service when you send your first invoice
We want our pricing to support starting small entrepreneurs. As a new entrepreneur, you can use our service for free for up to six months. You don’t have to pay anything unless you invoice your customers or generate revenue during that period. We want to encourage entrepreneurs and have therefore made the initial journey as easy as possible for entrepreneurs.
If you establish a new limited liability company, you will only have to pay an official fee for the establishment; it is €280 for an electronic establishment and €370 for a paper form. You can deduct the fee as a business expense immediately after the establishment.
No matter what you need, we will help with that.
