UKKO.se customer service opening – Tobias is first on location

I am Tobias, the new addition to the UKKO.se-customer service, and I will be on the other end of the phone or screen in Sweden to assist our users with any questions regarding our service and invoicing.
The latest years I’ve been developing routines from scratch for various companies’ customer services, and now I’ve finally gotten to learn from my hard working colleagues at UKKO. My interest in economics and business has been an acquired taste, or it has thickened at the pace of my beard maybe.

Light entrepreneurship was really an eye-opener for me – when I first heard about it I thought it was a great alternative for people such as myself, who have very engaging activities on their spare time (I for example have an interest in music). Working in my studio recording other artists, or doing gigs – it’s an easy and fun way to earn some extra money. It would have been a lot easier and I would probably have started sooner if I hadn’t had to worry about the responsibilities of being a business owner or to form an association. Because, to be honest, the rebel inside me could not care less – I wanna rock, and having to think about any paperwork other than sheet music kind of puts a lid on the enthusiasm.

Now, I hope this mindset in some way will help Me to help You as a user. In my opinion the UKKO.se-service is all about convenience, and you should have the opportunity to commit solely to perfecting your craft. I for one look forward to perfecting my craft as a customer service-agent – helping all of you to preserve that enthusiasm. Hope to hear from you soon!
